The firm
The shared vision that inspires lawyers Federico Viero and Otello Dal Zotto in running Prospettiva Diritto is simple: the professional association, which over time has brought in experienced collaborators, allows them to provide competent and timely assistance to their clients. Uniformity of Processes
Prospettiva Diritto has adopted a standardized method for managing all cases, supported by a constantly updated IT infrastructure. All operating procedures for file handling have been codified to eliminate the risk of errors or oversights.
Certifications
During 2013, Prospettiva Diritto’s experience and work processes, which have been progressively refined over the years, were certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 by the Certiquality certification body. Subsequently, Prospettiva Diritto was the first Italian law firm to be certified under the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and, recently, thanks to its constant focus on this issue, it also obtained ISO 14001:2015 environmental management certification.
These certifications are renewed annually following regular audits.
