Defense in all stages of trial for individuals, companies, and organizations accused of criminal offenses. Assistance and legal defense for victims of criminal conduct. The lawyers assigned to the case work in close coordination with colleagues specializing in relevant legal fields (corporate, banking and financial, tax, and employment law). Drafting of so-called “231 Models” (Organizational and Management Models as introduced by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments) aimed at preventing and managing the risk of criminal offenses and the resulting administrative liability of legal entities. Appointment as Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza).
